We want to help enrich this experience for everyone by helping to add more voices to this virtual public space. | From .org to .com It all started in a village in Uganda. A group of us, mostly from Uganda and the US,
with support from friends in other parts of the world, started experimenting with ideas in 2007. buhugu.org was born out of this. As our understanding of the dynamics of both rural and urban economies in Uganda and in East Africa deepened, we started laying the foundation for buhugu.com. After a couple of years of testing and fine tuning, we are very excited to launch our pilot! |
